My 21 day quest to not eat sweets for 3 weeks has officially began today! On Christmas Eve my parents were joking about instead of being a skinny athlete and weighing only as much as I do right now, that if I keep my habit of snacking on sweets I will be some overweight girl. That made me really mad! So i decided that I want to keep my figure and need to eat healthier to become an even better athlete. To help I am going to go 21 days without eating a single peice of candy or dessert! They say it takes 21 days to break a habit and Im trying to break the habit of not snacking on junk so often! I hope it works! Even so i think I will notice a difference in my preformance and maybe lose a pound...lol. Wish me luck!

my mom and i are starting a weight loss program this thrusday. the only problam is that i love to bake! brownies, cakes you name it i'll bake it. when im board i bake so we always or most of the time have sweets! i want to know how i cann still lose weight when i am baking sweets and stuff also if you have any helthy things that i can bake.
