Hey! Hope this helps you survive school! LOL. #1. Be yourself. You are great just the way you are. 2#. Do Homework! Don't procrastinate. Do it first when you get home. Get it over and done with, but take your time. #3. Don't be afraid to ask questions in the classroom. It's better to ask questions. #4. Answer questions. Try to answer questions. If you get it wrong, you'll learn the correct answer and if you get it right, you'll feel proud of yourself. #5. Be nice. Don't call people names. It's rude, hurt's the person's feelings and you could get in trouble. #6. Avoid bullies. Try to stear clear of bullies. If you can't try not to let them know whatever your feeling (unless it's something positive). They want to agrivate you, so just ignore them. #7. Respect teh teacher. Don't be rude to the teacher. They may report you to teh principal and you want them to think positively about you. #8. Be the solution, not the problem. Don't start food fights. Don't tell people to do bad things. Try to prevent those things. If your school doesn't have recycle bins or something like that, talk to the principal about why it's important, what it will do to help the school, and general information. My 21 day quest to not eat sweets for 3 weeks has officially began today! On Christmas Eve my parents were joking about instead of being a skinny athlete and weighing only as much as I do right now, that if I keep my habit of snacking on sweets I will be some overweight girl. That made me really mad! So i decided that I want to keep my figure and need to eat healthier to become an even better athlete. To help I am going to go 21 days without eating a single peice of candy or dessert! They say it takes 21 days to break a habit and Im trying to break the habit of not snacking on junk so often! I hope it works! Even so i think I will notice a difference in my preformance and maybe lose a pound...lol. Wish me luck!
